
I LOVE RICE! Especially with lots of butter and salt...which is why I use this Vegetable Rice Medley from Trader Joes because it's so creamy and tastes like it has all the butter and salt I want. (Of course I add a couple of shakes too...) I had this with a my favorite Morning Star Bean Burger and a side salad. Yum. I wish I had some tomatoes...tomorrow I have no class so I'm off to Trader Joes for some vegetable and fruit necessities!
1 Morning Star Bean Burger Patty, 11 g of Protein
1 Romaine and Spinach side salad with Balsamic Vinegar
1 c of Vegetable Medley Rice, 3 g of Fiber
My roommate does not eat after 9pm. I was astounded when she told me this. Probably because it was a Friday, at 12 in the morning, and I had already consumed 2 full bowls of Teddy Grahams. So I decided, I wanted to join her. I had this meal tonight around 7pm and made sure to pack it with Protein so my stomach would not be growling during the Godfathers....um, too late. We will see how this goes. I am doing it for a week. No eating after 9pm! Here we go.
