

I boiled my rice with 1/2 tsp of olive oil and a few dashes of salt then I added in 1 bowl of spinach (about 3 cups) and then I added 1/2 c broccoli and then some tomato chutney for seasoning and a black bean burger patty for protein. with 1 tsp of hummus. Yum.
1/4 of Vegetable Medley Rice
2 tbsp of Tomato chutney
3 cups of Spinach (chopped)
1/2 c of Broccoli
1 tsp of Hummus
1 tsp of Salt
3 tsp of Pepper
1 Black Bean Burger (chopped)
