

HIGH FIBER OATTY BREAKFAST. I was feeling a little cold when I woke up so I decided to have some oatmeal. It wasn't as thick as I like it...but I ate it all the same. Yum.
My friend Lisa told me to put raisins in the oatmeal when it is cooking because the raisins expand and have more flavor... now I do that delicious idea every time. The raisins are so much more plump. Yum.
1/3 c of Oatmeal
2 tbsp of Post Honey-Nut Shredded Wheats
2 tbsp of Lowfat Silk Soy Milk
1 tbsp of Raisins
1/4 of a Gaja Organic Apple, sliced
1 tbsp of Trader Joe's Cinnamon Almonds
oh wow...that looks absolutely amazing...

1/3 c of Oatmeal with chocolate syrup
2 tbsp of Post Honey-Nut Shredded Wheats with powdered sugar
2 tbsp of Pepsi
1 tbsp of Chocolate covered Raisins
1/4 of a caramel apple, sliced
1 tbsp of candy gum drops
And a pound of love and inspiration.
Yeah, now we're talking :P
