
So I woke up this morning and decided I wanted cereal...which always happens because I just love it. So I decided to do a fiber full breakfast...and I wanted something a little...sweet. Sweeter than usual.
Honey Nut Post Cereal 5g fiber
Oatmeal 4g fiber
Raisins 1g fiber
3/4 Gala Apple
Splenda
1/2 Banana
Soy Milk
From this I already got one1/2 of the 4 servings of fruit I need for the day: yes! And because I got lost on my way to Duane Reade to get Soy milk...I got some exercise already! Yes.
