Stacy's Protien Bean Salad


YUMMY! I decided to do a delish bean/spinach salad. It was dry...but I just added some more Olive Oil... (I measured it with a Tbsp because 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil is 120 cals!) This meal was everything trader joes!!!

1 c Organic Spinach
1/4 Raisins 2g fiber
1/2 c Kidney Beans (which I soaked to loose some of the sodium) 6g fiber, 6g protein
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Olive Oil

I got in some veggies for the day with the Spinach and some fruit with the Raisins. I got some fiber and protein from the Kidney Beans...which I need because I'm a vegetarian!
