

FEEL PRETTY. I woke up this morning hungry for one thing: my granola bars. But I decided to make myself a pretty breakfast with eggs and spinach and a little bit of soy milk. It was wonderful. I watched the West Wing as I devoured this. I actually realize that now I take my mornings very seriously. I use to rush to fit in a workout and then breakfast became an afterthought. Now, I try to relax as much as possible in the morning and workout in the afternoons or at night if I do not have time. It's better to relax in the morning, breakfast is the most important part of the day, and I know I feel better and that my food digests better anyway.
2 eggs, scrambled
1/4 c of spinach
1 dollop of hummus
3 pieces of Cinna-love Granola bars (from last night)
1 tiny cup of Vanilla Soy Milk
