

I was inspired to have a salad because I didn't really want anything heavy tonight and after looking at Fitness Magazines "Best Salads" I was eager to create my own.
Unfortunately I'm using Iceberg Salad, not my favorite, I normally like eating the dark and leafy greens but this will have to do.
In my salad!!!
- avocado (1/2 of one)
- chicken-less stuffed cutlet (stuffed with black bean and corn in a smoky tomato sauce)
- walnuts (glazed)
- light reduced fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing (1 package)
