- Stacy: I have battled all the eating disorders there are. And recently had to overcome binge eating which was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. (Even harder than running the Chicago Distance Classic 13.5 mile Marathon...which took me over 2 hours) So, I sat down with myself (and my therapist) and decided I did not want to hate myself or food anymore. I was tired of feeling guilty about everything I ate and pressuring myself to be a size and a weight I could never be. Now, I still struggle, of course. But I remember to accept myself. I try to eat healthy every day and let myself indulge whenever I want to. And no matter what, I make sure to move five days a week. Sophia and I created this blog as a way to celebrate eating and eating light easily and without guilt.---------------- Sophia: If a model has done it, so have I, unfortunately. I think being in theatre affected the way I physically viewed myself. I wanted to be beautiful and thin. I am now working on being happy, healthy and loving me. I am going into filmmaking. I’m from Los Angeles but currently live in Illinois; I plan on going back to LA very soon! My goal, to be the best female filmmaker of my time.
