REVITALIZE AND RELOAD. After Mexican last night I was feeling in the need for fruit and veggies. I had a Green Machine Drink packed with broccoli, apples, and kiwi. It actually tastes delicious! I had half of this red delicious apple with a little trail mix, and a small cup of fiber cereal with soy milk. Then Maura and I went on a fast 15 minute run around New Orleans. We actually stumbled on a movie set for the new HBO tv show, Treme. Which was pretty cool!
