
I haven't had oatmeal in a while and just started back yesterday. It's such a great breakfast with so many health benefits.

In my oatmeal 1/2 cup =150 calories
-1 pack brown sugar (50 calories)
-1 pack raw almonds, walnuts, pecans (100 calories, 2g protein, 1 g fiber)
-A little bit of West Soy's Unsweetened Almond Soymilk (9g Protein, 4g Fiber, and only 90 cals per 1cup serving, but i only had about a tablespoon serving of soymilk)
